Hive brings together two complementary perspectives. Keaton offers more than 20 years of experience designing, building, and remodeling homes, with a deep understanding of construction, renovation, and the countless details that make a project successful. Kenna recently graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Interior Design, bringing fresh creativity, technical training, and a keen eye for design. Together, we blend experience with innovation to create homes that feel collected, timeless, and uniquely personal.

This is where the vision begins to take shape. We establish the overall look and feel of your home through space planning, inspiration, color, materials, furnishings, and the details that will guide the design.

Every project starts with getting to know you, your home, and how you want it to feel. Through our inquiry process, initial conversation, and an in-home visit or plan review, we establish your priorities, scope, budget, and overall vision.

Investment is custom quoted after an initial consultation to create a tailored experience that meets your needs.
The best part. We coordinate delivery and installation, then style each space down to the finishing touches. When you walk in, everything is in place and your home is ready to simply be enjoyed.
step six: INSTALLATION & THE REVEAL
Once selections are approved, we take it from here. We manage ordering, vendor communication, tracking, receiving, storage, and delivery coordination, keeping all the moving pieces organized along the way.
Step Five: PROCUREMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With the design approved, we finalize the details needed to bring it to life. From specifications and measurements to coordinating with builders, contractors, and trades, we make sure everyone has what they need to execute the design.
